Solar Miner VI completed in the 2008 North American Solar Challenge from July 13th to July 22nd, 2008. It traveled 2400 miles from Plano, TX to Calgary, AB and came in seventh place. It was a great experience for all involved. As this was the first race for most of the team members, we have come out of it with a renewed spirit to win and have learned many areas in which we could improve.
